At Cool Bean Bags® we make our products with high-quality fabrics, zippers, and materials, crafted by skilled professionals to ensure durability and comfort. Every product goes through quality checks before it leaves our warehouse.
However, we know that bean bags can wear out over time. To help you enjoy your purchase for as long as possible, we offer a warranty covering certain types of damage, depending on the model and fabric, for one to five years.
Tips for Keeping Your Bean Bag in Good Condition:
- Add beans every 2-3 months to keep it in shape.
- Keep it away from fire, direct sunlight, and wet areas.
- Clean it with a damp cloth; avoid using soap or detergents.
- Keep loose beans out of reach of children.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers:
- Stitches coming undone at seams or joints.
- Broken or locked zippers.
- Velcro closures with loose stitching.
- Fabric fraying due to material issues.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- Compression of the beans (they naturally lose shape over time).
- Cuts, tears, or other damage caused by sharp objects.
- Stains or discoloration due to normal use.
How to Use the Warranty

- Our Customer Service team will guide you on how to send your bean bag to our Service Center.
- When we receive it, we’ll check if the damage is covered by the warranty.
- If it is, we’ll repair it at no cost to you.
- If it’s not covered, we can repair it for a small fee, which will be discussed with you in advance.
- We’ll notify you when your bean bag is ready for pickup.
Important Details
- You’ll need to cover shipping costs to send the item to our Service Center.
- After the repair, you can pick up your bean bag from our Service Center or cover shipping costs to have it sent to you.
- If you’re outside of our Service Center cities, please empty out the beans and send only the cover.
- If you bring a filled bag for repair, we’ll return the same amount of beans.
- Repairs take 4-7 working days, and we don’t offer same-day service.
- If a panel needs replacement due to cuts, we may not have the same fabric or texture.
- Once fixed, the bean bag will need to be picked up from the Service Center.
- For items bought from our retail partners, please bring the bag to our Service Center for repairs, as we don’t accept returns at retail stores.
1. Paid Repair Services:
- Repair Scope: We will repair your bean bag to the best of our ability, addressing the specific issues you have identified.
- Repair Time: We aim to complete repairs within 5-7 working days, but this may vary depending on the extent of damage and our current workload.
2. Customer Pickup:
- Pickup Deadline: You must collect your repaired bean bag(s) within 30 days from the date of notification of completion.
- Storage Charges: After 30 days, a storage fee of Rs. 10 per day per bean bag will be charged.
3. Disposal of Unclaimed Items:
- Disposal Policy: If your repaired bean bag(s) remain unclaimed for 60 days after the notification of completion, we reserve the right to dispose of them to declutter our workshop space.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for unclaimed and disposed-of bean bags.
4. Liability:
- Disclaimer: We are not liable for any loss or damage to your bean bag(s) beyond the scope of the repair service.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for inspecting your repaired bean bag(s) upon collection and notifying us of any issues.
5. Modifications to Terms:
- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
