COOL BEAN BAGS® products are shipped throughout India and the world through multiple Shipping modes. Our Bean Bags are shipped in two types – Bean Bags filled with Beans and Bean Bag Outer Covers only.
Domestic Shipping

COOL BEAN BAGS® offers free shipping across all India on all orders placed on our website, with no minimum order size or exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. COOL BEAN BAGS® understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
When you order from our website, we will ensure that your Order gets dispatched within 4 to 5 business days and gets delivered within 5 to 6 business days thereon. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
Customers can track their shipping status by logging on to our website www.coolbeanbags.in and clicking on Order Status.
Every effort will be made to provide door-step delivery but in some cases customers might have to collect the delivery from a nearest Post Office in their station.
Returns
Our bean Bags comes with 1 to 5 years warranty depending upon the fabric quality you choose. For any returns, visit our warrant policy. Good once sold will not be taken back. However if customers are unsatisfied with our product, you can exchange the product with another product of same or low price. Returning bags have to be shipped to our Service centre at Customer’s cost.
International shipping
Only Outer Bean Bag Covers are send for international shipments!!
For our International Shipments, we use Courier, Air Cargo and Sea cargo. Courier service will deliver shipment to your doorstep, it’s comparatively expensive as compared to Air Cargo or Sea Cargo. Our Logistic partners for International Cargo Service include UPS, DHL, Fedex and Aramax. Average transit time is 6 to 10 days anywhere across the globe. Air Cargo includes shipping through Airlines and customers either collect the shipment personally at their nearest international airport or nominate a clearing and forwarding agent in their respective cities. Average transit time is 3 to 5 days from Airport to Airport in your city.
Airport Sea Cargo shipments are send through Sea and takes 15 to 30 days on average. Shipments are send through LCL or FCL modes. For price quotes on your international shipments mail us at info@coolbeanbags.co.in
Returns
We at COOL BEAN BAGS® incorporate astringent quality checks before sending any shipment. All International shipments are not insured and are freight only. Customers can get the shipment insured by paying insurance charges to us or the shipping company. Goods once shipped will not be returned back.
